Internet Celebrity Li Yutong Administratively Detained for Publicly Leaking Xue Zhiqian’s Phone Number and ID
Today afternoon, the topic "Li Yutong Administratively Detained" topped the Weibo hot search list. According to reports, Beijing Radio and Television Station’s "Rule of Law at Work" program released multiple videos on its official account today. Staff from Xue Zhiqian’s agency, Chaoshi Music, mentioned in the videos that Li Yutong intentionally leaked Xue Zhiqian’s phone number, ID, and other personal information in her Weibo post calling out Xue Zhiqian in March of this year.
The investigation by public security organs confirmed the facts. According to the provisions of Article 56, Paragraph 1 of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China," Li Yutong was given a penalty of administrative detention for ten days, from April 10, 2026, to April 20, 2026.
Meanwhile, Xue Zhiqian’s team presented the Administrative Penalty Decision issued by the Chaoyang Branch of the Beijing Public Security Bureau during the interview. Li Yutong has not posted any new Weibo posts since April 5th.
Public information shows that Li Yutong, whose real name is Li Luoyi, was born on July 14, 1988, in Shanghai. She is an internet celebrity, online store model, and former girlfriend of singer Xue Zhiqian.
In March 2026, Li Yutong called out Xue Zhiqian on Weibo, accusing him of emotional deception and setting up a "scheme to frame someone" which led to her suffering from depression for 12 years, and vowed to expose "all the truth."
She also added in the comments: "A gentleman seeks revenge, not in haste." Furthermore, she reported Xue Zhiqian for suspected bigamy and denied seeking to benefit from his popularity.
