Jia Guolong Opens Three Tianbian Sand Pot Noodles Shops in Shanghai, Each Over 2000 Square Meters
Today, Jia Guolong, founder of Xibei, launched his new brand, Tianbian Sand Pot Noodles, with three stores opening simultaneously in Shanghai, located in Jing'an, Pudong, and Jiading districts. The Pudong Oriental Road store is the largest in Shanghai, covering over 2400 square meters with 350 seats.

The store's noodle and pastry chefs stated that all stages of making the noodles are now done on-site at the store daily.
The flour used is Snowflake Flour from Bayannur, Inner Mongolia, and purified water is used for kneading. The water temperature for kneading is also measured with a thermometer, controlled between 40-50 degrees Celsius.
It is reported that the brand focuses on the specialty sand pot noodles from Jia Guolong's hometown – Bayannur, Inner Mongolia.
The core product categories include sand pot noodles and sand pot soup noodles, along with side dishes such as braised meats, sand pot dishes, and cold dishes, with an average consumption of about 50 yuan per person.
Previously, Jia Guolong revealed that Xibei will gradually close some stores, and one of the core purposes of launching the new brand is to take over some idle stores and employees.
Jia Guolong stated: "The Xibei main brand will not withdraw from the market. In the future, it will adopt a strategy of closing some, converting some, and retaining some core stores to optimize the overall layout."
