Rufus, the PC Assembly Artifact, Updates: Supports Fully Automatic Silent Installation of Windows and One-Click Removal of Pre-installed Apps
Windows boot disk creation tool Rufus has released version 4.14 Beta, bringing several major updates, with the two most noteworthy new features being silent installation of Windows 11 and batch removal of pre-installed applications. The silent installation feature allows users to create an unattended Windows 11 installation medium. After creation, the boot disk will automatically detect the first disk and complete the system installation, without any manual operation or confirmation throughout the process, making it suitable for users who need to deploy in batches or pursue ultimate efficiency.

Regarding pre-installed applications, Rufus 4.14 Beta has added options to directly disable pre-installed components such as Teams, Outlook, and Copilot when creating the boot disk.
Combined with previously existing features such as removing hardware requirement checks, disabling BitLocker, and creating local accounts, users can now obtain a highly streamlined Windows 11 through Rufus.
Other improvements include:
* Added the option to copy SkuSiPolicy.p7b to the ESP partition * Added tooltips for all dialog box options * Improved errors caused by the new version of bcdboot in the Windows To Go creation process * Fixed errors when the local account name contains spaces at the beginning and end * Improved support for Bazzite and other Fedora derivatives that do not follow the EFI specification * Improved detection and exclusion of hidden VHDs in the latest version of Bitdefender, etc.
Rufus 4.14 Beta is now available for download from its official GitHub repository.
