Douyin: Unauthorized Use of Others' Portraits, Voices, and Works for AIGC Creation is Prohibited
Douyin Life Services has released the "Douyin Life Services AIGC Creation Guidelines," clarifying the basic principles and specific regulations that creators should follow when using artificial intelligence to generate content (AIGC) or deep synthesis technology for creation.

The guidelines clearly require creators to protect consumers' right to know and proactively declare that the published content contains generated and synthesized content when releasing artificially generated and synthesized content.
Creators should respect the personality rights and intellectual property rights of others. Without legal, explicit, and traceable authorization, they must not use others' portraits, voices, works, etc., for face-swapping, voice imitation, adaptation, or other AIGC creations. They must not train or generate content using unauthorized materials or stolen scripts from others.
Creators should ensure the authenticity of product and service information, not create false or misleading content, and the products promoted must be consistent with the product details page and actual offline fulfillment.
It is strictly prohibited to fabricate core marketing information about products, stores, or services through AIGC, and it is strictly prohibited to exaggerate quantity, specifications, processes, effects, or promise services that cannot be fulfilled.
Creators should ensure that the content has positive value and must not use AIGC technology to create sensational, attention-grabbing, vulgar, or false trending content that is irrelevant to the product or service in order to fraudulently obtain traffic.
