Livestreamer with Millions of Fans Reported for Being a Minor, Allegedly Forced Others into Crocodile Tank – Account Now Banned
Recently, a netizen reported a livestreamer named "Night Paris" on a certain platform, who has millions of fans, for allegedly using someone else's identity information to register an account and livestreaming as a minor for five years to receive gifts. This report has attracted social attention. The netizen revealed that Guangdong Jiahuo Media Guild, to which "Night Paris" belongs, has multiple underage livestreamers, and the livestreamer's fanbase is also mainly composed of minors. Additionally, multiple parents have reported that their children were induced to make large donations.

The netizen also shared a screen recording claiming that "Night Paris" once asked other livestreamers to enter a fish tank containing crocodiles and hold their breath for several seconds.
In the screen recording, the livestreamer asked to enter the fish tank was crying and shouting, while a voice-over impatiently said, "The crocodile's mouth is sealed, what are you afraid of? Keep yelling, and they're even splashing water on my face, are they crazy?! It won't bite you, it's such a cute animal. Now hold your breath, go in for 5 seconds!"
Regarding the netizen's report that "Night Paris" is a minor and the account was not registered by the account holder, platform staff responded that they have recorded the issues and a dedicated person will follow up and respond.
Regarding the regulations on underage livestreaming and gifting, the staff member clearly stated: "Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to livestream. If it is verified that a minor is livestreaming, the account's livestreaming permissions will be banned."
Subsequently, at around 5 PM on April 23rd, the account of livestreamer "Night Paris" displayed a "banned" status on the platform.
