2026 Beijing Auto Show Opens Today: Total of 1451 Vehicles on Display, Ranking First Globally in Scale
The 2026 Beijing International Automotive Exhibition will be held today through May 3rd at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall) and the Capital International Exhibition Center. The total exhibition area reaches 380,000 square meters, ranking first among global auto shows in scale, with a total of 1451 vehicles on display, including 181 premieres and 71 concept cars.

April 24th and 25th are designated as press days, exclusively for domestic and international journalists to visit, tour, and report. During the show, 219 press conferences will be held, and leading figures from the global automotive industry will be present to witness the launch of their companies' latest products and technologies with global media.
According to official sources, BMW and MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG, G-Class off-road vehicles, Audi (four rings and letter logo), Volkswagen (Volkswagen Anhui, FAW-Volkswagen, SAIC Volkswagen), FAW-Volkswagen Jetta, smart, Ford, SAIC General Motors (Buick, Cadillac), Lincoln, Volvo, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Nissan, Changan Mazda, Hyundai and Beijing Hyundai, Peugeot & Dongfeng Peugeot and Citroen & Dongfeng Citroen, and other international mainstream automotive brands will all showcase their flagship models at the exhibition.
FAW Hongqi, Hongqi Tian Gong, Hongqi Jinkuihua, Dongfeng Motor (Lantu, Mingshi, Yipai, Fengshen, Fengxing, Yijing), China Changan Automotive Group (Avatr, Deepal, Changan Qiyuan, Changan Gravity series, Changan Kuancheng), BAIC Group (Weltmeister, Beijing Extreme, Beijing Jeep), SAIC Motor (Roewe, MG, Maxus, Wuling, IM), GAC Group (GAC Trumpchi, Aion, Hycan, Onvo, GAC Motor), Geely Automobile, Lynk & Co, Great Wall Motor (Haval, Great Wall Cannon, Wey, Tank, Euler, Soul Motors), BYD, Denza, Yangwang, Fangcheng Leopard, Chery Automobile, Xingtu, Jetour, Jonghu, JAC Group, 212 off-road vehicles, and other Chinese brands will display their latest research and development technologies and products.
