China Makes Security Review Decision on Foreign Investment Acquisition of Manus Project

According to the National Development and Reform Commission, the Office of the Foreign Investment Security Review Work Mechanism (National Development and Reform Commission) has made a decision to prohibit investment in the foreign acquisition of the Manus Project in accordance with law and regulations, requiring the parties involved to withdraw from the acquisition transaction.
