Exposure of Numerous Faults in Siemens iQ100 Refrigerators, Luo Yonghao Calls it a "Substandard Product"
Recently, a large number of users have posted on social media platforms reporting faults in their recently purchased Siemens iQ100 refrigerators, including butyl rubber leakage and failure to cool. A blogger stated that the Siemens iQ100 refrigerators are experiencing a collective failure, Siemens refuses to acknowledge the defect, and denies requests for replacements, stating, “If it wasn’t a batch issue, why would there be a collective failure? The customer service response is that the consumers who happen to see the defects are the ones making claims, and this is the same response given to every consumer!”
In response, Luo Yonghao stated: “The iQ100 is indeed a poorly designed, substandard product, and Siemens has been pretending not to know about it. After I warned Siemens, most of the affected users who left messages here received timely solutions. Then many onlookers said I was a cyber gangster.”
He also said: “The most ridiculous thing is that some affected users who had their problems resolved even thanked me, admitting that they had cursed me when I smashed Siemens… Many things I’ve experienced in my life, if they happened to someone else, that person would have long become a terrorist who hates humanity.”
Regarding the frequent faults in Siemens iQ100 refrigerators, Siemens official customer service stated: “This model is covered by warranty. If the product experiences inherent performance failures during the warranty period, on-site after-sales repairs are free. In addition, our return rate is very low, and many of our consumers, including our own customer service representatives, use Siemens, so the quality is absolutely guaranteed.”
