Recently, a netizen reported encountering an unpleasant drinking water safety issue while taking a Cao Cao Mobility ride-hailing car. On the night of April 25th, the netizen and their partner booked a Cao Cao Mobility car and drank bottled water provided in the vehicle during the trip. However, they only discovered the water was already expired after carefully checking it back at the hotel.

According to the photos provided by the netizen, the bottled water in question has a clear Cao Cao Mobility logo, with a production date of October 28, 2023, and a shelf life of 12 months.
In response to the consumer's complaint, Cao Cao Mobility customer service initially offered a 10 yuan discount coupon as a solution.
The netizen stated that this was completely unacceptable, believing the platform should publicly apologize for the food safety issue and provide reasonable compensation in accordance with relevant food safety laws.
Cao Cao Mobility customer service issued a formal response to the matter today.
Currently, the platform has deducted service points from the driver who took the order according to the service rules and imposed a penalty restricting the driver from accepting orders. The driver involved has also been recalled for offline specialized training.
