Recently, the annual fighting game competition "Evo" announced that Chinese well-known player "Xiao Hai" (Zeng Zhuojun) successfully defended his championship in the *Hungry Wolf Legend: City of Wolves* event at EVO Japan 2026.

In the finals, Zeng Zhuojun defeated Japanese player Laggia, who had fought his way up from the losers bracket, with an overwhelming performance, successfully defending his EVO Japan championship for the second consecutive time and earning qualification for the 2026 Esports World Cup and SWC. Taiwanese player ZJZ finished in third place.
